Why the Sub-Account Feature Got an Upgrade
Real Feedback from Our Users
“Our marketers are great, but the main account is always too busy to respond in time.”
“We wanted to test different landing pages, but the process was too slow and detailed — we missed the best window for optimization.”
Performance marketing thrives on real-time feedback and rapid iteration, but rigid workflows were holding teams back. Many advertisers found it difficult to collaborate smoothly between the brand side and media buyers. That’s why ROIBest took your feedback seriously — and rolled out key updates to address these challenges.
Key Pain Points Identified from User Feedback
- Landing page updates were slow and overly complex, causing teams to miss the optimal window for campaign adjustments.
- Data access was time-consuming, leading to delays in optimization and decision-making.
- Collaboration workflows were too rigid, resulting in inefficient communication and slower execution.
- Permission settings lacked flexibility, raising concerns about data and asset security.
